Abstract

|
In order to conform quantitative analysis method of pantothenic acid with microbiological technique, Lactobacillus arabinosus A.T.C.C. 8014 was employed as test strain.
For about the inflvence of the effctor vitamins, minerals, amino acids to pantothenic acid micro-Bioassay, vitamin A, B_(1), B_(2), B_(6), B_(12), D_(2), folic acid, Niacin, Cystin, MgSO_(4) etc. was used for recovery test and some samples collected from market were also tested as same technique. as the result, their recovery percents are about 95-108%.
Consequently, It can be suggested that the quantitative analysis of pantothenic acid with micro-bioassy technique are possible on drugs.
